The main aim of myshowhome.co.uk is simply to provide you with a very cost effective way of selling your own home. We're not an estate agent or property expert - we're simply a creative service helping you to market the sale of your own home. We present your home to potential buyers online through your very own personal property web page and we'll supply you with a professional sale board to display. Buyers tend to know where they want to live, and will drive around looking for homes displaying For Sale signs. It's estimated that up to 40 - 50% of buyer enquiries are linked to people seeing a sign outside your property which explains why they are still recognised as one of the most sucessful ways of selling your home.
the easiest ways to sell your home" |
Sell through an Estate Agent and you will pay commission fees when your home has sold
Sell through MyShowHome for a small one off payment with no commission fees
You will need to arrange your own HIP
A HIP Pack should cost you no more than £200 - what's your agent charging you? Your agent may offer their HIP Pack for FREE but please note that they will own the HIP and if you want to change agents they could charge you an inflated fee to take it with you!

We don't provide home information packs, valuations or replace the services offered by an estate agent or solicitor. We're a creative service, helping you to market the sale of your own property. Whether you are selling through and Estate Agent or selling yourself, a home information pack is now required before you can place your house on the market or an EPC for letting. See our details page for more information. It is each sellers responsibility to ensure they have all the neccessary paperwork before legally placing their home on the market.

In the current climate a little extra help could make all the difference.
